Coronavirus has complicated the qualification process for the two 12-team tournaments.
France, Lithuania and hosts Mexico are the only teams qualified so far for the Baseball5 World Cup.
Hosts Mexico are the only team to have qualified for the Youth Baseball5 World Cup to date.
Australia will have to qualify through Oceania, which has been granted one spot in both World Cups.
Oceania has not yet locked in details of its qualifiers.
The Youth Baseball5 World Cup is expected to double as a qualifying event to the 2022 Youth Olympic Games in Dakar, Senegal.
Baseball5 was one of two sports added to the Youth Olympics in January.
