Australia and Guam head to U-23 Baseball World Cup Qualifier

Blacktown International Sportspark will host the best-of-three series serving as the WBSC Oceania qualifying tournament.

The Blacktown International Sportspark, the venue of the 2000 Sydney Olympics, will host the WBSC Oceania U-23 Baseball World Cup Qualifier from 9-11 November.

World No. 11 Australia will face No. 34 Guam in a best-of-three series. The first game is scheduled for Thursday, 9 November at 10:30 local time (moved forward from the original scheduled time of 2:30 due to thunderstorms predicted in the afternoon).

Game 2 will follow on Friday, 10 November, at 14:30 local time. The third game will be played, if necessary, on Saturday, 11 November, at 10:30 local time.

The winner will earn Oceania's spot in the WBSC U-23 Baseball World Cup 2024.
