Leigh has been a pivotal member of Softball Australia's National Program for over 20 years, holding the NUIC - Technical position (equivalent) since 2008, countless National Championships TCU and Assessor roles, and has provided guidance and leadership to so many Australian umpires.
As WBSC Oceania – Umpiring Director, Leigh will now be the Oceania representative on the newly formed WBSC Umpiring Commission. Leigh will provide knowledge, guidance and leadership to umpires within the Oceania region and be involved in the future of umpiring in Australia, Oceania, and around the world.
