Technical Commissioner

The World Baseball Softball Confederation aims to identify, train and assess technical commissioners across the globe in order to improve the quality and consistency of officiating throughout baseball and softball. The WBSC Family strives to promote better communications between technical commissioners, coaches, staff and other game officials to be able to provide consistency in the pace of play of baseball and softball competitions.
